RETURN POLICY

All items must be in original condition for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. *

Items may be returned no later than 30 days after the purchase date.

Don't forget to enclose a copy of the packing slip, or a note with your return address indicating whether you want a refund or exchange. This is very important. If you do not include a packing slip or note, we will not know who to credit or exchange!

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are welcome. Please confirm the availablity of the item you want in exchange before mailing an item back to us. Include a copy of the packing slip indicating the size you want in exchange. We'll ship the exchange back to you at the next business day after we receive your return.

REFUNDS

We will issue you a refund to the original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving your returned merchandise.**

* if the merchandise was defective when received, we will make arrangements for its return. Please email us a photo of the defective item and a description of the problem.

** We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned merchandise is worn or not in its original condition.
